CANCELLATIONS
- All appointments may be changed or canceled within 24 hours
- Due to our one-on-one capacity we are firm in these policies
- All no show appointments / late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price/s
- Gift cards cannot be used on product purchase or gratuities
- Lateness to your appointment will result in abbreviated services
- These policies are in consideration for the time and talents of our staff
Return and Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns in the following ways
- 10 days of any UNOPENED item
- The conditions of the box/ packaging must be undamaged
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- Returns will be issued to the original form of payment
- Service discrepancies will be addressed by the owner
- No refunds on services rendered
